  Our previous plumbers that we'd used for 20 years stopped doing residential repairs, so we took a chance on Hoffmann Brothers after reading lots of online reviews. They came promptly to inspect our issue (kitchen sinks that would not drain), realized we had a broken cast iron pipe that didn't seem to go anywhere anymore, and so they gave us a reasonable estimate to re-plumb down through the cabinetry and wall, into the basement to hook up with the main stack. It wasn't a fun thing to have to do, but Tom and crew were absolutely wonderful. They showed up promptly at 7 a.m., took some time to figure out the best way to proceed, and had everything done (and it was a pretty big job!) by 2 p.m. We're waiting on the inspector, and then Hoffmann Brothers will ensure patch-work is done to the wall and backs of cabinetry. But we were able to use our sinks again immediately and the dishwasher, too. It was probably as painless as could be imagined, all things considered. I would not hesitate to recommend them; in fact, I already have recommended them to my mom and my in-laws. I feel lucky to have found them when I did!
